This is the Blueprint That Can Lead to Successful, Fitness Industry-Related Business Ownership
Our fitness industry business approach can help individuals and small startup businesses alike navigate obstacles in the professional sports and physical fitness industry. Invest time into your physical fitness journey: the most logical way to get there is through your actions.
It is your business to make sure you are healthy and physically fit to the best of your ability and circumstances. Does that make sense?
Physical Fitness is a metaphor for life itself. For example, some people have the resources and all the informational tools they need to succeed in life. Others do not. The same can be said for physical fitness.
Some people are generally fit and have the genetics to exercise moderately (if at all) and still maintain an ideal physique. Others must work harder to maintain a healthier bodyweight. Life is not fair, but there are healthy ways to balance life. No matter where you are on your health journey, you are valuable and your efforts will pay off if you are consistent. If you begin, you will win.
Tupac Shakur's 1993 Song "Keep Ya Head Up" Was A Dedication to the American Black Woman
KEEP Ya Head Up: the call-to-action reminder about the importance of “Black” American women.

Tupac Shakur’s magnum opus to Black women, Keep Ya Head Up (1993) was unlike any other Hip-Hop song ever released. The song addressed issues like domestic violence, urban neglect, and social activism. Most importantly, Keep Ya Head Up served as a call-to-action declaration that is still relevant. “Empowerment for the People” is our direct response to Tupac Shakur’s call-to-action. Here, this approach is demonstrating that we can pursue individual objectives, while simultaneously providing a plan of action for those who can benefit from this knowledge.
American society destroyed harmony between males and females. Over the last 50 years, Black American males and females have also been encouraged and manipulated into hating themselves and destroying mutual trust [more].
Digital Media's Impact On Fitness Industry

A new trend is emerging. Some female “fitness influencers” are on the verge of becoming legendary examples of empowerment and femininity. Yes, people are still at the gym taking random selfie pics in locker rooms and bathrooms as usual. But a new trend is emerging where “fitness influencers” represent an elevated embodiment of strength, refinement, and elegance.
True ambassadors of physical fitness can exist on multiple levels of society and welcomingly appeal to the general public. This wave of empowerment looks like a new social movement and we are reinforcing that message. This is also an example of how Tupac Amaru Shakur said that although he might not change the world, he guranteed he would spark the brain that would change the world. We are bringing changes to the fitness industry in our small way, thanks to that spark from Tupac Amaru Shakur. Tupac asked men to stand up for our women and this small contribution is a result of Tupac’s impact.
Although strippers a/k/a “exotic dancers” and other female sex trade workers should be respected as equal citizens, the American mainstream media should have never glorified and promoted “sex trade worker culture.” Before the destruction of sexual morality by modern America, lewdness was never publicly accepted like it is now.
T-Pain’s 2005 song, I’m ‘n Luv (wit a Stripper) was a clear example of implied disrespect for modest women. In past eras, femininity was synonymous with ethics, refinement, and respectability. Fast forward fifteen years from T-Pain’s song: Atlantic Records released the 2020 song “WAP” (Wet-A*s P*ssy) by female rapper Cardi B, featuring Megan Thee Stallion. At best, this song should have been quietly released with zero radio or video/ support. For the past two decades, strippers and vulgar, scantily dressed stripper-rappers have been thrust into the mainstream media’s spotlight as though lewdness was acceptable in mainstream society. Actually, lewdness has become mainstream, but that is not the level of imagery that women must lower themselves to, in order to become successful.
Society and feminism have both put women’s bodies on full display for everyone to see. Women can wear yoni-hugging yoga pants and volleyball player-style outfits everywhere, especially at fitness gyms. Since many women choose to dress this way in public, there needed to be a systematic way for women to respectfully capitalize on their fashion choices.
Remove the political angle from this example and look at the truth about it. Instead of featuring women who display refinement in their public lives, female entertainers were erroneously placed at the forefront of a failed political campaign. They did not tap into the spirit of women from the past, like the late Patricia E. Bath, M.D. Fewer current women are encouraged to represent brilliance and class. A November 1, 2024 Kamala Harris’ presidential campaign rally, “When We Vote We Win,” featured a speech by Cardi B and a concert performance by female rapper GloRilla. This event unknowingly acknowledged the fruits of ignorance and vulgarity, placing an ill-timed spotlight on ratchetness in urban culture. For the past twenty-something years, normal women were indirectly pressured into embracing the dysfunction of strippers (sex trade workers), “Real Housewives of …,” and verbally vulgar, ghetto female rappers. Women are often discouraged from asking prospective males introspective questions. These same simplistic males directly or indirectly threaten to retreat and pursue “easy” females whenever their limited intellect is questioned or challenged. Being a man and being an adult male are two different things.
Being a former stripper is not a prerequisite for success, like traditional media outlets tried to make many “urban” women believe over the last 20 years. Female “fitness influencers” like Kathy Drayton (Instagram: @kathy_drayton) have built fitness businesses with class, refinement, and universal charm.
The differences between sexy female “fitness influencers” and “stripper-types” a/k/a “exotic dancers” are: refinement, etiquette, and positive “imagery.” For example, many women at weightlifting gyms wear athletic clothing that shows the contoured silhouette of their bodies. The natural protrusion of women’s “pectoralis major” muscle areas, and women’s natural waist-to-hip ratio, is also a factor that places attention on their primal nature that equally-fit males do not quite receive. Additionally, even when wearing the most provocative athletic clothing imaginable, most female gymgoers do not carry the negative image that strippers a/k/a “exotic dancers” have. Refinement, class, and etiquette can never be shamed out of existence.
Celebrity “fitness trainer/fitness influencer” Kathy Drayton and her husband Luther Freeman are a perfect example of fitness industry teamwork. Exceptionally attractive women definitely have the potential to be exemplars of health, wellness, and physical fitness–Kathy is an example of this. People overlook the fact that the fitness industry is a place where women’s impact can captivate crowds at any given moment. Fit males command attention, but fit and feminine females consistently attract more attention than anyone else. Combine feminine physical fitness with the proper know-how, then watch how these women thrive.
Young girls, all the way up to female elders, should all know to take control of their physical fitness and overall health. Dedicated female “fitness influencers” who aspire to epitomize feminine beauty and intelligence should definitely follow a path of physical fitness. The term “fitness influencer” is commonly used on digital media platforms to describe individuals who play lead roles in the fitness industry. Remember, physically exceptional females can capitalize financially within the fitness industry by demonstrating femininity, charisma, intelligence, refinement, and strength. Everyone else can still pursue fitness goals and achieve a reasonable level of success. Hard work and dedication are keys to physical fitness and can change outcomes.

Former New York Knicks point guard and international basketball icon Stephon “Starbury” Marbury became the “people’s champion” when he created a line of affordable sneakers and clothing called the “Starbury” line back in 2006. Whether or not the line is ever sold and distributed in America at the brick-and-mortar level again does not matter. When he had the opportunity, Marbury showed compassion for families and children who could not afford expensive basketball shoes and apparel.
