COMMUNITY

The idea of a “community” has changed over the past 50 years.  In inner-cities throughout America, we are witnessing large numbers of people who live in close proximity to each other, but are not functioning like a productive community.  The inner-city has suffered the greatest amount of family deterioration.  “Empowerment For The People” shall be measured by its ability to help reshape families and communities.  At the least, the option to decide how to move more productively shall occur.
